Job summary

Rituals seeks a senior professional to lead Digital New Business & Growth, partnering with the Head of New Digital Business to commercialize new channels and business models. You will read consumer and tech signals, translate them into clear recommendations, and ensure ideas are built into scalable propositions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, marketplaces, platforms, strategy or growth environments.
• Proven commercial ownership including P&L planning, forecasting and business case development.
• Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities, entering new markets or developing platform/channel strategies.
• Ability to operate across commercial, digital and technical teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to translate market signals into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new markets, channels and business models with a solid growth case.
• Shape channel mix and provide clear investment, scale, experiment or pull-back recommendations.
• Drive agentic commerce and AI opportunities with concrete roadmaps and initiatives.
• Steer marketplace and platform partnerships, challenging partners on performance and ambitions.
• Govern Master Franchise markets against clear ambitions and drive digital growth across networks.
