Rituals in Amsterdam is seeking a commercially minded senior marketer to drive activation planning and growth. You will own defined parts of the global commercial calendar and lead strategic projects across markets to convert insights into actionable opportunities.

You will translate customer and performance insights into measurable commercial recommendations, lead cross-functional programmes and explore AI-driven tooling and process improvements for scalable growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, commercial marketing, category development or activation planning within consumer goods, retail, FMCG or a comparable international environment.
• Proven ability to translate consumer, customer and performance insights into commercial recommendations and measurable actions.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and project management capabilities across multiple stakeholders and markets.

Responsabilidades

• Own defined parts of the global commercial calendar and activation roadmap while driving strategic commercial projects and business cases.
• Develop new commercial propositions, mechanics and capabilities by translating business needs into structured initiatives that support future growth.
• Lead complex cross-functional programmes from concept through implementation, including operating model improvements, dashboarding solutions and commercial process redesign.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working through AI, automation, commercial tooling and process optimisation.
• Act as a trusted partner to the Team Lead Commercial Development on complex development topics, helping to shape priorities, recommendations and scalable solutions across markets.
