The asset is undergoing significant upgrades in concept, image, customer journey and retail mix, including the introduction of new brands and additional retail units. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in a flagship asset at a decisive moment in its evolution.

  • Support the General Manager in delivering the Long-Term Energy Action Plan (LTEAP) to achieve net‑zero energy and carbon targets and EPC A by 2030.
  • Drive LTEAP actions through effective capital planning.
  • Lead the team to implement and develop the centre’s Better Places Certification (BPC), Mobility Action (MOBAP) and Welcome Audit.
  • Contribute with the Community Resilience Action Plan, positioning as a Stadhart Amstelveen sustainability leader and fostering social responsibility among retail partners.
