Lacoste Amsterdam is seeking a Deputy Flagship Manager for its Rokin boutique. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, coaching the sales floor, and delivering premium customer experiences in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
You’ll lead by example, manage peak times, monitor metrics like conversion and average basket, and ensure the store presents with rhythm and detail. Fluency in Dutch and strong leadership are essential.
Not everyone is cut out for high-level retail.
At Lacoste, we aren’t looking for your typical assistant manager.
We’re looking for a business leader who thrives on targets, coaching, premium service, and daily performance.
For our boutique on Rokin in Amsterdam, we are looking for a strong Deputy Flagship Manager who, together with the Store Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
You’re not looking for “just another retail job.”
You won’t find this in other job postings
No environment where mediocrity is the norm.
No endless hierarchy.
No manager who’s only there to “be present operationally.”
We’re looking for people who take ownership.
People who want to win as a team.
People who understand that details make the difference between a good store and a top-tier store.
Do you think you’re up to the challenge?
Then we’d like to meet you.
Don’t just tell us where you’ve worked.
Above all, tell us what results you’ve achieved.
