Job summary

Lacoste Amsterdam is seeking a Deputy Flagship Manager for its Rokin boutique. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, coaching the sales floor, and delivering premium customer experiences in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

You’ll lead by example, manage peak times, monitor metrics like conversion and average basket, and ensure the store presents with rhythm and detail. Fluency in Dutch and strong leadership are essential.

• live no more than 30 minutes from Amsterdam Rokin
