Job summary

NOUS SOMMES LABELS, an Amsterdam-based fashion brand, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our in-store team and uphold an exceptional customer experience. You will drive performance across inventory, sales strategy, and store operations to ensure strong results.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, analyse trends, and contribute to seasonal activations and product launches that amplify the NOUS SOMMES LABELS brand in our iconic Amsterdam stores.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion
• Proven ability to lead a team and hit sales targets
• Experience with KPIs and performance-driven management
• Strong communicator, organised and detail-oriented
• A passion for fashion and a sharp eye for aesthetics
• Proactive, positive and customer-focused, you bring energy to those around you
• Comfortable under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

With two stores in the heart of Amsterdam, we're continuing to build our brand. For our stores we're looking for a Store Manager who knows how to lead a team, drive results and keep the in-store experience on point at all times.
