Luxe Talent is seeking a Flagship Store Manager for a premium jewellery boutique in Naarden. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

You will lead the boutique team, optimize operations, and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and events, while maintaining impeccable service in a premium environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a premium, customer-focused environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Coaching leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, KPI management and retail operations.
• Passion for luxury products, design and craftsmanship.

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and performance.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience and outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and partners; work with Marketing on campaigns and events.

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection consultancy specialising in Retail, Fashion and Luxury, is looking for a Flagship Store Manager for a Premium Fine Jewellery Brand, offering you the opportunity to play a key role in managing a boutique in Naarden, where quality, craftsmanship and sustainability are at the heart of the brand.

As a recruitment and training consultancy, we work with a wide range of companies across the Luxury, Premium and High-Premium sectors throughout Europe. We have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities as Flagship Store Manager:

• -Develop and implement the boutique's commercial strategy, in line with the brand's overall vision and objectives.
• -Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets by analysing results and identifying areas for improvement.
• -Monitor market trends and customer needs, translating insights into concrete commercial initiatives.
• -Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team, with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience.
• -Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including staff scheduling and overall performance.
• -Ensure a consistent brand experience and deliver outstanding customer service, with a strong focus on building customer loyalty.
• -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers and business partners, while working closely with the Marketing team on campaigns and events.

What we're looking for:
