Job summary

Selva at nhow Amsterdam RAI is seeking an ambitious Demi-Chef-de-Partie to join a vibrant kitchen team. You will contribute to creative Latin American dishes and work in a high-level environment with a tropical influence on the rooftop overlooking Amsterdam.

As a DCDP you will support the CDP, uphold HACCP standards, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. The role offers opportunities for growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Willing/able to work evenings (Selva open 17:30–22:30).
• Knowledge of health, safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Humility and strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting dishes according to Selva standards.
• Supporting the Chef de Partie and kitchen leadership team.
• Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of dishes.
• Storing daily products per HACCP guidelines.
• Keep the kitchen tidy and organized.
• Assist in completing dishes for guests.
