Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to established standards.
• Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section when required.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control across all dishes.
• Uphold cleanliness, food safety, hygiene and organization within the work area.
• Support and guide junior kitchen associates and trainees.
• Minimize waste and assist with stock management to support efficient operations.
