Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily delivery station operations.
• Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team during shifts.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Team Communication: Conduct daily stand-ups and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with transport and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
