Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.
• Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.
• Team Communication: Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand-ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.
