JD.com invites motivated students to join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in Amsterdam, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects and real responsibilities. Over 3–6 months, you will work with experienced teams, build core skills in logistics and data, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027.
Strong English communication skills are essential; Dutch or French is a plus for coordination.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take on responsibility.

Responsibilities

Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.
Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.
Team Communication: Help conduct daily team briefings and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery issues.
