Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027
• No extensive work experience required, but a strong "can-do" attitude, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility are a must.
• fluent English; knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a major plus for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.
• Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.
• Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand-ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.
