Job summary

JD.com invites you to join its JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in the Netherlands. You will gain hands-on exposure to real projects, responsibilities and growth within a global tech and logistics environment.

During 3–6 months, you’ll work with experienced teams on daily operations, KPI monitoring and cross-functional coordination, developing core skills in logistics and data analysis. No extensive work experience is required, and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Industrial Eng, IT or Data Science).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Willingness to take ownership and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.
• Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Monitor daily station KPIs and suggest data-driven process improvements.
• Help conduct daily team briefings and ensure frontline staff follow safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with transport network and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
