Job summary

JD.com invites students to join its JD Young Internship Program at the Schiedam delivery station near Rotterdam. Over 3–6 months, you’ll gain hands-on exposure by supporting daily operations, shadowing a station supervisor, and learning how a cross-functional logistics network operates.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin, industrial engineering, IT, or data science and expect to graduate in 2026/2027.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations.
• Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team during shifts.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Team Communication: Conduct daily stand-ups and ensure safety and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with transport and customer service teams to resolve issues.
