About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

What You Will Do

Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.

Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift .

Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.

Team Communication: Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand‑ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Cross‑Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real‑time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.

About You

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027

No extensive work experience required, but a strong "can-do" attitude, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility are a must.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and physical environment where priorities change quickly.

Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English (knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a major plus for coordination).
