Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale technical leadership and commercial growth for customers in and around Amsterdam. You will collaborate with sales, field engineering and services teams to accelerate adoption of Databricks workloads and maximise ROI.

You will own end-to-end delivery plans, oversee production readiness and onboarding, and communicate strategy with executives while enabling technical teams across multiple use cases to accelerate value

Qualifications

• 5+ years accountable for technical project delivery in Data/AI domains.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or customer success.
• Ability to engage executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for key use cases.
• Be the technical lead across multiple selling teams and accounts.
• Own onboarding, enablement, success and go-live plans for workloads.
