A cutting-edge start-up based in Amsterdam is building advanced AI-driven software for unmanned military systems. With a mission to innovate in defense technology, the company operates at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, and mission-critical software development.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to risk management and stakeholder coordination. You'll collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to ensure timely delivery and smooth team operations, both in the Netherlands and during international projects or field exercises.

What You’ll Do

1. Create and manage project timelines, resource planning, and delivery schedules
2. Coordinate technical teams and facilitate collaboration across functions
3. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
4. Represent the company during international client exercises and project rollouts
5. Identify and mitigate project risks
6. Report on project status and collaborate on strategic decisions with management
7. Continuously improve project management processes and methods

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (tech, business, project management)
2. 3+ years of work experience
3. Strong skills in stakeholder management and resource planning
4. Structured, independent, and communicative working style
5. Willingness to travel internationally
6. Fluent in Dutch and English

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

1. Experience in international and/or defense sector projects
2. Familiarity with Agile or Prince2 project methodologies
