Job summary

Expandable B.V. is seeking a Sales Executive to expand our Defence & Security market presence across Europe. You will lead new business development, travel internationally about 30-50% of your time, and drive opportunities from first contact to signed agreements.

In this role you will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with internal teams to translate opportunities into concrete solutions, while building a robust sales pipeline and network of defence sector partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and results-driven.
• Proactive and comfortable with acquisition and approaching new customers.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete business.
• Confident communication with senior decision-makers and diverse stakeholders.
• Persistent, independent and results-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential customers and partners.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the European Defence & Security market.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Manage the commercial process from initial contact to agreement.
• Engage with decision-makers and procurement professionals at various levels.
• Build and actively manage your own sales pipeline.
• Monitor market developments, tenders and opportunities.
• Represent Expandable at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales and internal teams to translate opportunities into solutions.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts and results.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
