Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Manager, Quality & Training for DC Services in the EMEA region. You will design curricula, set vendor standards, and lead safety programs across data centers to ensure top-tier service quality.

This role reports to the DC Services Director and requires a strong background in QA, vendor management, and training delivery. You will mentor teams, establish KPIs, and collaborate with Cloud Operations and site leaders to drive continuous improvement and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Progressive experience in data center operations, quality assurance, or sub-contractor/vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of sub-contractor service quality within data center environments.
• Design and maintain training curriculums for DC Services personnel and vendors.
• Set vendor KPIs, scorecards, and onboarding processes.
• Lead EHS safety standards and incident investigations across EMEA DC sites.
• Drive strategy for Data Center Services 2.0 and align with regional leadership.
• Mentor team and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
