Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Regional Quality Management System Leader (EMEA) to drive continuous improvement of quality programs across the region. You will report to the Global Quality Assurance Leader and guide strategic, technical, and hands-on QMS leadership to ensure compliance and sustainable business results.

Based in EMEA with hybrid office work, you will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, R&D and Commercial teams, shaping QMS roadmaps and leading a culture of quality and

Qualifications

Experience leading regional or multi-site QMS initiatives.
Strong background in manufacturing, preferably chemicals.
Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma improvement methods.

Responsibilities

Act as regional lead for QMS performance and improvement.
Define and execute regional QMS roadmaps (3–5 years).
Oversee internal and external audits for compliance.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
Lead implementation and use of QMS software and metrics.
