Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam seeks a Front Office Team Member to be the first point of contact for international guests from check-in to check-out, delivering warm, efficient service. You will work with alternating shifts (morning, evening, night), manage arrivals, checkouts, emails, and cash-handovers, coordinating with the Desk Manager and other departments.

Your Role at a Glance

06:45You arrive, in uniform, with a cup of coffee in the back office, your colleague from the night shift does the handover, you note the action points.
07:00You start with your checklist and are ready to provide a service with a heartfelt smile for the guests checking out.
08:00You have checked today's arrivals and communicated special details to the Desk Manager and other departments.
10:00Between phone calls, you handle incoming emails and work your way through the 'morning rush'.
12:00Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.
13:00You check whether there are still guests who need to check out and continue with your checklist until it is finished.
14:00You prepare the handover for the evening shift, start counting the cash register, and make sure all tasks are done.
14:45The evening shift has arrived, and you attend the handover.
15:00Time to go home!
