Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands is seeking a Workforce Capacity Specialist to balance workforce capacity with business demand. You will analyze capacity, forecast staffing needs, and translate demand into actionable workforce plans to keep warehouses efficient and ready for growth.

You will work with Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers and Supervisors in a hybrid, data-driven logistics environment, using advanced planning tools, dashboards and WMS to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Workforce Planning, or Resource Planning.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Experience with workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and resource planning.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workforce Management systems is a strong plus.
• Available full-time (40 hours per week).
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Nice to have: Experience within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing workforce capacity, staffing levels, and operational performance.
• Developing short-, medium-, and long-term workforce forecasts and capacity plans.
• Preparing reports and dashboards while identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting workforce scheduling and resource planning activities.
• Maintaining and improving planning models, forecasting methodologies, and reporting tools.
