Job summary

Arvato is seeking a proactive Workforce Capacity Specialist to balance workforce capacity with business demand across our logistics operations. You will turn data into actionable workforce plans and partner with Operations Managers to optimize performance.

We value English proficiency, Excel expertise, and experience with forecasting and capacity planning. This full-time, hybrid role offers growth through our learning initiatives and a collaborative data-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Workforce Planning, or Resource Planning.
Excellent command of English; Dutch is considered an advantage;
Experience with workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and resource planning;
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workforce Management systems is a strong plus;
Available full-time (40 hours per week);
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven;
Nice to have: Experience within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Analyzing workforce capacity, staffing levels, and operational performance;
Developing short-, medium-, and long-term workforce forecasts and capacity plans;
Preparing reports and dashboards while identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities;
Supporting workforce scheduling and resource planning activities;
Maintaining and improving planning models, forecasting methodologies, and reporting tools.
