You will analyze workforce capacity, forecast staffing needs, and translate business demand into actionable workforce plans, collaborating with Operations and Warehouse Managers. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, dashboards, and planning models in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work exp in WFM or capacity planning.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce capacity and staffing levels.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; identify trends and risks.
• Support scheduling and resource planning.
• Improve planning models and reporting tools.
