Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics seeks an experienced Operations Lead to manage the daily flow at the large-item distribution center in the Netherlands. You will oversee receipt, dispatch, sorting, loading/unloading, and outbound processing, while coordinating staff scheduling and on-site tasks to ensure timely deliveries.

You will monitor safety and 5S, analyze KPIs, optimize workflows, and collaborate with drivers and carriers to resolve issues and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the large-item distribution center (receiving, dispatch, sorting, loading/unloading, outbound processing).
• Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, and on-site operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers and carriers, track progress, and resolve delivery issues and exceptions.
