Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Critical Facilities Technician to join our Haarlem Data Centre team, providing technical and facility support in a 24x7 environment. This full-time role maintains critical electrical, HVAC, civil, and building management systems to meet uptime targets.

You will monitor and resolve service tickets, work with vendors, ensure safety procedures, and help keep the data center running smoothly for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a critical operations environment or data center preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented safety procedures.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with minimal supervision.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to grow within Iron Mountain.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical power, cooling, security and support systems to meet uptime targets.
• Perform limited maintenance to ensure smooth operation of HVAC and building systems.
• Monitor, resolve, and update service tickets in the ticketing system.
• Ensure safety by following procedures and proactively identifying issues.
• Coordinate with contract vendors and manage access/work authorizations.
