Job summary

Serverfarm seeks a junior Shift Engineer to support 12-hour shift patterns in our Netherlands data centre operations. You will assist with safe maintenance, monitor power and environmental conditions, and support contractors while upholding safety and reliability standards.

Candidates should have basic education, English skills, and a drive to develop MEP and BMS knowledge. A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work at heights are important; HV licensing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic education with good English and math skills.
• Formal training in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and maintaining MEP plant safely.
• Monitor power and environmental conditions in critical spaces.
• Assist with planned maintenance and coordinate with contractors.
