Job summary

AETHERION Capital is seeking a mid-senior business development professional to drive the firm’s presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will identify founders and investors, originate mandates in funding, M&A and structured finance, and represent the firm at key events and networks throughout the DACH region.

You will work with deal teams on proposals and pitches and map the DACH market in collaboration with the research team, leveraging an established regional network and fluency

Qualifications

• Five+ years in business development, corporate finance, banking or consulting in the DACH region.
• Established network in the region.
• Native or near-native German and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with founders, owner-managed businesses and investors.
• Originate mandates in funding, M&A and structured finance.
• Represent the firm at events and in professional networks across the region.
• Work with the deal teams on proposals and pitches.
• Map the DACH market together with the research team.
