Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region who understands audit and accounting deeply. You’ll speak the language of auditors, navigate complex financial workflows, and guide customers through AI-powered automation transformations.

You will move from traditional audit work to strategic advisory, partnering with audit and finance teams, delivering value, training, and driving adoption across the region. English and German fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in external or internal audit or assurance is required.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Strong strategic advisory mindset with focus on value delivery.
• Ability to drive business transformation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders including Audit Partners, Controllers, Finance Directors, and IT decision-makers.
• Drive business transformation by reimagining workflows and demonstrating AI-powered improvements.
• Deliver strategic consultative solutions tailored to customer challenges and objectives.
• Champion product adoption and value realization through training, business reviews, and success plans.
• Build deep, long-term customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to inform roadmap.
• Advocate for customer needs, ensuring DataSnipper address real-world requirements.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities with Sales across teams and service lines.
• Oversee onboarding, AI configuration, and workflow customization with a focus on seamless implementation.
• Lead strategic engagements, including workshops and sessions to drive adoption and retention.
• Develop comprehensive success plans with roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Monitor health and impact metrics like engagement, value delivered, retention, and platform health.
