Job summary

Pearson Carter in Europe is seeking a D365 Sales Representative to drive new business across the DACH region, selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM add-on solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. You will build relationships with customers, Microsoft Partners, and stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

This role requires 2–4 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and offers a base salary of €90,000

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience selling enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling into Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Strong business development and prospecting skills.
• Experience managing consultative software sales cycles.
• Confident presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive new business mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the DACH region
• Sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM add-on solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
• Build strong relationships with customers, Microsoft Partners, and key stakeholders
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events where required
