Job summary

SonicWall is seeking a Solution Engineer in the Netherlands to support sales and channel technical activities, with a strong focus on technical discovery, demonstrations, and PoCs. You will build trusted relationships with partners and customers while maintaining a personal lab for live demos and trials.

The role requires deep cybersecurity product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a balance of channel and technical sales activities. Hybrid work is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an MBA.
• Cyber Security CISSP Certification is required.
• Microsoft Azure or AWS Associate certification is desired.
• Maintain specialist knowledge across SonicWall products to the desired level.
• SNSA & SNSP SonicWall Certification (training provided).
• Familiarity with governance, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, GDPR, etc.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead technical discovery conversations to qualify customer requirements and create a BOM.
• Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations across SonicWall portfolio.
• Communicate SonicWall's value proposition and competitive offerings.
• Establish at least 10 trusted relationships with channel partners and hold regular meetings.
• Develop and maintain a personal lab for demo requests and development.
• Support remote partner product trials and lead PoCs with partners or customers.
• Collaborate with product management, support, and marketing on initiatives.
• Be the region's subject matter expert across 3–6 SonicWall product areas.
