Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a Lisbon-based role with an international BPO. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering genuine support while enjoying a relocation package and a living in Portugal.

Relocation includes flight, accommodation options, and a structured onboarding with paid training. Daily duties focus on resolving inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and joining an international team in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
