Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company. This role offers full relocation support and on-site work with optional remote arrangements within Portugal.

You will be the main point of contact for Dutch customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical help to resolve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
