Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers via phone, email, or chat. The role offers a full relocation package and on-site or remote options within Portugal.

As the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers, you’ll provide friendly, practical support and troubleshoot day-to-day questions as part of an international team. The package includes flight tickets and housing support to help you settle into life in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
