Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company. This role includes a full relocation package and on-site work in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting via phone, email, or chat. Expect a friendly, practical support style and the chance to be part of a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• Enjoy helping people and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide practical, friendly support to solve day-to-day inquiries.
• Collaborate with an international team in Lisbon.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
