Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO in Lisbon. Relocation package included, with flight ticket and housing options to help you move.

You'll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering practical, friendly support as part of an international team. Remote options available within Portugal, on-site in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency (C1/C2) and a good level of English are required.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
