Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. You’ll assist customers by phone, email or chat, delivering practical, friendly support as part of a global operation.

We cover relocation and offer a monthly gross salary with accommodation options. Flight tickets, shared housing, and private health insurance are included to help you settle in Portugal.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
