Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will interact with Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical help as part of a diverse, global team.

Relocation is provided, including flight tickets and housing options. English proficiency required, based in Portugal or willing to move, and a passion for helping people.

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
