Job summary

Chane is expanding its Customer Service team in Rotterdam to support eight terminals and modernize customer focus. You will handle orders, nominations, and reporting, and collaborate with Planning, Operations, Sales, QHSE and Finance.

The role includes on-call duties once a month with a corresponding allowance and a fixed one work-from-home day. This is a growing, hands-on position offering long-term growth within the sales organization and opportunities to contribute to ERP harmonization and

Qualifications

• You are a strong communicator who can engage and influence others.
• You have a background in logistics, preferably port logistics.
• You have several years of customer service experience within logistics or industry.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer agreements into clear internal actions.
• Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed of developments.
• Provide nuance where needed and confidently engage in discussions.
• Contribute to improvements within the customer excellence program.
• Provide input for the harmonization of ERP systems.
