• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and support order fulfilment.
• Maintain CRM data, pricing information, and demand tracking reports.
• Support lead generation activities and identify sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues and provide product information.
• Support the external sales team and provide coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service environment.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Required Skills

• Strong Excel skills, including calculations and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch, German is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP Business One.
• Technical affinity, including the ability to understand product customization processes and read technical drawings.
