Job summary

ModusLink is seeking a Business Representative / Customer Service professional in Venray to be the crucial link between the company and its customers. You will proactively communicate and deliver outstanding support, turning needs into tangible results, working with the Business Representatives and Business Manager(s) to identify process improvements.

You will handle all aspects of customer service, including order management, reporting, and cross-department collaboration to enhance the client

Qualifications

A proactive thinker with a high working and thinking level.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics setting.
Customer-centric mindset with outstanding communication skills.
Confident to assert yourself while staying calm under pressure.
Keen eye for process improvements and critical thinking.
Fluent in English and Dutch is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

Be the Voice: engage with clients and translate their needs into deliverables that exceed expectations.
Collaboration: partner with departments to create one-stop solutions enhancing the client experience.
Communication: keep clients informed about business developments and improvements.
Reporting: prepare internal and external reports with accuracy and timeliness for decisions.
Order management: oversee daily orders from backlog to new part setups.
