Infinity Global in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support account teams and retail locations, ensuring accurate and timely sales order processing. You will handle inquiries and assist the Account Team in daily operations.

You should have 1-2 years in high-volume customer service, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to learn SharePoint, Yellowfin and Pentaho. Fluency in English, with French preferred, and strong organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 4+ years in related role preferred.
• 1–2 years in high-volume, fast-paced customer service.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders, returns, and cancellations in ERP system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries quickly and correctly.
• Create and provide order acknowledgements to customers.
