Job summary

Epassi Nederland is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the face of Epassi for customers across the Netherlands. You will build strong client relationships, drive renewals, upsells and cross-sells, and help customers maximize value from our benefits and wellbeing solutions.

Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with the commercial team, analyze customer data, and translate needs into measurable outcomes while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Fluent in Dutch; comfortable in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly client meetings online and on-site.
• Prepare and conduct KPI and adoption reviews with clients.
• Manage renewals, upsells and cross-sells to grow revenue.
• Interpret client data to identify growth opportunities and inform product teams.
• Set up efficient processes within your account portfolio.
