ChurchDesk Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Groningen team in the Netherlands. You will own a portfolio of Dutch churches, onboard them, and ensure the platform supports their daily work while identifying opportunities to add value.

You’ll manage onboarding, drive adoption, monitor health, and lead upsell conversations. Strong Dutch and English communication is essential; prior non-profit or church sector experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Proven Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Commercial track record in retaining customers and growing accounts.
• Onboarding and training skills to explain software to varied users.
• Structured, independent portfolio management with clear priorities.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new customers and guide churches through setup and training.
• Own your portfolio as main contact and maximize platform value.
• Drive adoption and monitor customer health to spot risks early.
• Grow accounts through upsell/cross-sell conversations with focus on customer value.
• Serve as voice of the customer to product and sales teams for the Dutch market.
