Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Struck, headquartered in Amsterdam, is hiring a Customer Success Lead to be the commercial and hands-on face for our clients. You will grow accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure Struck becomes a daily part of how customers operate, spanning sales conversations, implementation, and ongoing adoption.
You will lead implementation, drive training, and translate usage patterns into actionable plans with the product team, while thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
Struck exists to resolve the chaos of good intentions. Regulations should lead to better buildings, not stalled projects. Across the industry, good intentions get lost in complexity, and construction stalls under rules nobody has time to unpack.
Our platform lets municipalities, developers, architects, and contractors assess projects against regulations directly at the source, from the earliest design decisions onward, cutting failure costs and waiting times. From rules to results, powered by AI.
Struck already covers the Netherlands entirely, with building-code coverage expanding into other European countries too. We're building toward something bigger: by 2040, every construction project in Europe should be able to demonstrably comply with applicable regulations from day one.
We are headquartered in Amsterdam and operate with an international, innovation driven mindset.
About the Role
As Customer Success Lead, you're both the commercial and the hands-on face of Struck. You grow accounts, spot expansion opportunities, and make sure Struck becomes a working part of how customers operate. The role sits at the intersection of sales conversations, implementation, and product adoption, so you should genuinely enjoy all three.
