Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Ability to learn new products and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption and engagement through digital outreach and campaigns.
• Educate customers on DAM best practices and relevant features.
• Support automated customer journeys and other engagement initiatives.
• Monitor customer health and coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders.
