Job summary

OrthoPediatrics Corp. in Breda seeks a hands-on, German-speaking Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to join the European Distribution Center. You will help customers across EMEA, process orders and coordinate shipments in a fast-paced, warehouse-enabled environment.

You will also pick, pack and ship orders, receive goods, check returned instruments and manage invoices. Fluency in English and German is required; Dutch is a bonus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (like Business Central) is a plus.

We’re looking for a hands‑on German speaking- Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to join our growing European Distribution Center (EDC) in Breda. This is not your typical desk job — you’ll be right in the middle of operations. One moment you’re helping customers and arranging shipments, the next you’re in the warehouse picking orders or checking returned instrument sets. We’re a small, close-knit team where everyone jumps in to help. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and getting things done, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing

• You’ll have a mix of responsibilities, including:
• Supporting customers and distributors across EMEA
• Processing orders and coordinating shipments
• Managing returns and keeping customers updated

• Checking returned instruments and implant sets
• Handling invoices and basic admin tasks
