Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding, an international technical wholesaler, is looking for a Warehouse colleague in Veghel. You will work full-time in rotating shifts from 7:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00 on alternating weeks, handling orders and inbound goods.

Join a dynamic team and contribute to accurate picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock movements using our warehouse systems. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods.
• Comfortable with scanners and warehouse systems.
• Reliable, flexible and a true team player.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willing to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Process orders: pick, pack, load and prepare for dispatch.
• Handle inbound goods: unload trucks, inspect, store, replenish stock.
• Operate forklift, electric pallet truck or reach truck safely.
• Register orders, inbound goods and stock movements in the system.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and support inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the team and follow lead instructions to hit daily goals.

Your mission

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry.

Your key responsibilities:

• Process orders: Pick, pack, load, and unload products. You make sure every order is accurate, complete, and ready for dispatch.
• Handle inbound goods: Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and store items in the correct warehouse locations. You also help replenish stock when needed.
• Use warehouse equipment safely: Operating and maneuvering a forklift, electric pallet truck, or reach truck.
• Ensure accurate administration: Register completed orders, inbound goods, and stock movements in the automated system.
• Work accurately & efficiently: Check order accuracy, prepare pallets, and ensure shipments are handled correctly.
• Support daily warehouse operations: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, assist with inventory counts, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with your team and follow instructions from the Team Lead to achieve daily goals safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods as part of daily warehouse tasks.
• Comfortable with basic technology, such as scanners, warehouse systems, and computers.
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work well in different teams or departments.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
• A positive attitude and a genuine team player mindset.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly, stay organized, and solve problems in a busy warehouse environment.
• Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus but not required.
