Job summary

Chane is seeking two Customer Service Team Leads to guide teams at Botlek and Nieuwe Maas terminals. You will develop employees, improve processes and ensure high service levels. You will coordinate with Planning, Operations and Sales Support to deliver results and customer satisfaction.

A structured leadership role with a strong focus on coaching and performance management. You will work closely with operations, have extensive stakeholder contact and see the direct impact of improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree HBO level in logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• Strong coaching and communication skills required.
• Experience leading an operational team and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately six Customer Service employees at Botlek and Nieuwe Maas terminals.
• Provide structure, set priorities, and support team to perform successfully.
• Coach, develop and support employees and discuss performance and employability.
• Manage quality, service levels, lead times and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and initiate process improvements and translate performance into actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Sales Support and other stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree HBO in Logistics/SCM/Business Administration
