Job summary

Krijn Verwijs is a family-owned business by the Oosterschelde seeking a customer service representative with a friendly, service-minded attitude. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch, and, when needed, in English or French, solving problems and keeping data organized.

A permanent contract is offered with flexible hours and remote working options, plus benefits like staff activities and discounts on sea products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat in Dutch; also respond in English or French when needed.

• Accurately process customer information and track ongoing requests; escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the customer feels heard at the end of the conversation.

Job description

You are social, service-minded and not afraid to pick up the phone. You communicate clearly and stay friendly, even when things get a bit hectic. You learn quickly. Experience is a plus, but our motivation and attitude make the real difference.

Your responsibilities

You assist customers via phone, email and chat with a wide range of questions in Dutch, and needed, also in English of French. Sometimes the questions are simple, sometimes more challenging. You remain calm, think along and come up with solutions. You accurately process customer information, keep track of ongoing requests and escalare when necessary. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what you enjoy. At the end of the conversation, the customer feels heard. Mission accomplished.
